In this we can have a drop down for department also like Dairy Products, Bullion, Agri Products etc.
Approval by three members of the company is enough for one RFP.
Status should be shown automatically despite of selecting manually. According to T&C the documents should be uploaded and checked by system itself, if some document is missing the system should pop up the requirement for further process.
If for any reason the form is getting rejected and also when negotiation gets started, the system should automatically notify the trader and the company through message and mail.
The invoice copy should be mailed to trader by system once the transaction gets over.
Rest is ok as per use and bugs can be checked when in practical use….
